Tarot or Oracle card readings are done using a deck of cards and date back to the 14th century. There are literally thousands of decks on the market and each has different artwork and meanings.
Many have used these cards for mental health, self-care, and soul care. While not everyone is familiar with card readings, it is becoming more mainstream and the cards are being used as a tool for self-reflection which can open up a dialogue that helps the recipient identify what is going on below the surface of an issue.
