Happy Birthday, Truddi!
It’s hard to believe that this February, my mother, Truddi Chase would have been 87!
It has been 12 years since she transitioned and this has been the first year that I have not gone into a deep dive of depression during the winter missing her so very much.
For me, the start of the holiday season is Halloween, a favorite for my mother and me.
Truddi could make every holiday so magical. As an artist, she was able to craft so many amazing items and people loved to receive gifts from her. The way she wrapped presents was a gift in itself. Want to know more about this amazing woman? Click here to learn more. https://truddichase.com/
It’s definitely a rollercoaster of highs and lows, and I have felt that tremendously over the past 12 years. So this year has been the first where I wasn’t walking around with that heavyweight sitting on my shoulders and in my heart.
The holidays have been exceptionally hard and grief is not a linear thing.
Over the years, I have taken steps to do the internal work and the Spiritual work, in other words, the hard work. Through COVID, I took a deeper dive into really taking care of myself, focusing on what I want for the future, and what would bring me the greatest joy.
Self-Care is a gift that we don’t give ourselves enough.
I think taking that time to reflect, I’m now in a much better place, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Memories came up for me of things my mom and I used to do and create together when we had this business of making soaps, lotions, and potions, and for the first time in years, these memories came without tears and grief. They came with JOY!
I was able to remember all the fun we had and all the creativity that came about with it. Then I started writing recipes and listing ideas of new items to make.
Celebrating Truddi!
As I said in previous posts, my mother and I were shooting for the moon and beyond. We knew that riding those on moonbeams meant going beyond the norm and there were no limitations to what we could accomplish.
While my mother is not here physically to collaborate on the new Moonbeams Unlimited, I know that she will always be with me and that she would want me to take this to the next level.
February 22nd is her birthday and March 10th will be 12 years since she transitioned.
I thought it only fitting that March 10th be the official launch date for Moonbeams Unlimited.
Please stay tuned for updates, new products, and more to come. Currently, I’m making things that I love, but if there are items, scents, or products that you would like to see in the line, please write to me and let me know.
I’m thrilled to say that Moonbeams Unlimited is officially launching on March 10, 2022.
One of the big things that I am loving doing right now is creating, branded items for coaches & health professionals. I am having so much fun creating gifts for their clients and participants. If you want to know more, contact me and we can certainly set up a call to see if we can collaborate.
